As most people were settling down for a quiet Christmas break, Doocey Traffic Management, Gangs, Supervisors & Management were on standby over the festive period ready to take on any challenges. Due to the cold & wet conditions, our teams were called into action to carry out repairs on both Water & Electric contracts. Attendance was required on South Staffs Water, Cambridge Water and Western Power sites which Doocey’s experienced staff set about resolving these crucial supplies.
A variety of repairs were undertaken over the festive period including 45 burst water mains & 91 electrical faults spanning from Cambridgeshire to Staffordshire. The dedicated Doocey workforce worked tirelessly to resolve a variety of challenges and issues during this time, working in collaboration with our framework partners to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
These essential works often go unnoticed as we all take for granted what vital services are hidden under ground keeping our utilities supply running.
