Approach
Liaising with Project managers/ supervisors as well as the local authority and businesses. Supplying CAD outlining the traffic management and the safe areas of work while maintaining the minimum amount of disruption to the general public. Supporting our staff on site in dealing with the public throughout the works was necessary aspect being mindful of the welfare of our teams.
Successes
The works went ahead on-time and budget, the constant changes in traffic and pedestrian flow meant that a solid relationship between client/ local authority and ourselves allowed us to lend our expertise to management of traffic ensure the client could continue unhindered with no delays.
