Background
DTM received an enquiry on Friday 11th March requesting urgent support following an RTC outside the West Bromwich Albion football stadium in West Bromwich. Due to the location and a football match scheduled for 12th March, we had to react in a timely manner.
Solution
DTM took on the enquiry and reacted immediately. Liaising with the design team, CAD drawings were drawn up, checked, and forwarded to the client allowing them to put the required permits in place. The works then took place at 06:00 and had to be clear of site by 11:00 on 12th March.
DTM briefed the team implementing the temporary traffic management comprising of a 5 headed four way with two pedestrian crossing and associated lane closures. The TTM was delivered efficiently and the job completed ahead of schedule ensuring the football match attendees were not effected.
