Approach
Working collaboratively with client and other stakeholders and ensuring the works proceeded with minimum disruption to the general public and road users. We designed the best possible route to allow the works the best possible route in order to achieve the desired outcome for the client.
Successes
Utilising a mixture of lane closures and temporary lights including a 12 headed 5 way installation with 8 pedestrian crossings, together with a maintenance regime and 24 hr manual control meant the works were not only completed on time, but within budget and disruption was kept to minimum.
